Base Score:
Base score is the simplest piece. Every ball has a value, and every pocket carries a multiplier. Pot a ball and you get ball value × pocket multiplier.Pocket Multipliers:
The pocket multipliers are 10X, 8X, 6X, 4X, 2X and 1X, and they rotate after every successful pot, so the 10X pocket is never in the same place twice in a row. At the break, the top-right pocket sits on 10X. Because the ball layout is fixed, the ceiling is fixed too: with perfect pocket selection, the maximum base score is 540.Potting the 8 Ball:
Potting the 8 ball has an extra effect.
